discovering you
concealed from feeling
in the secret garden
feels like
I’m trapped in the sweet scent
of your summer breeze

lulled in the promise
of a smile, I let go
& expose grace
again

pleasant blur beauty
with a hallow kiss being
the constant share
on the fading horizon
we gather another
& another
riding off
into our infinity

Wow - I sure needed that today. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful writing. The second stanza is my favorite - every letter - promises, smiles, letting go.

Poppies bleed petals of sheer excess. You and I, this sweet battleground.

i love the continuity of theme in the first stanza ("discovering", "concealed", "secret", "trapped")
you're so clever ^_~

this poem makes me want to lay back and close my eyes and not care about anything for a little while
